Getting another device separately

Hi there,

I joined EE (pay monthly tariff) back in November and I'm first eligible for an upgrade in May 2021. Is it possible for me to buy my device (iPhone 12 pro) separately and still be able to use my sim and pay monthly contract with it?

Many thanks,
Ella

@Rossella  you can put your Sim card into any device that you get and it will carry on as normal.  Your contract is not device dependent it’s the sim/phone number that matters.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Rossella  you can use any phone you purchase yourself with your SIM card.    You’ll not be able to get that device from EE though as EE sell these with contracts so you’ll have to get it elsewhere.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for that @Chris_B : so, just to be sure, will I still be able to use my contract, right?
