EE APP AND ONLINE LOG IN IS APPEARING WITH ERROR

Is anyone else unable to go onto the EE app ? Also unable to log on online ?

Hi @chloe_ell 

 

Works fine on my Samsung.

 

If you have an Android phone go into settings - apps/applications. Then locate your EE app and clear the data/cache.this might help.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
