Getting a PAC online

Has anyone had any success in obtaining a PAC via MyEE online? I have a mobile and a tablet plan currently so multiple lines hence not being able to text to 65075. Whenever I go to MyEE, I get a message saying that "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later." Been like this for the past few week.
I'm guessing the only option is to ring 150 to get the PAC instead?

Yes, if the app doesn't work you will need to call 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
