Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G - Trade In

I've upgraded my phone to the new Note 20 Ultra 5G. As part of the deal, I've got to trade my phone in. When speaking to the customer service agent, he read out the T&C's and it stated I had 14 days to return my device, once the new device arrives. I clarified this twice with the agent over the phone yesterday.

 

However, I've just received an email confirmation, stating that I must return my device by the 22nd August. One day after I should have received my device. Is this correct?

I would recommend going from the email confirmation you have received.
