Have you ordered a Galaxy S21 series, and have questions about your order? Please read the below information.
Why has my phone not been delivered in the timeframe shown when I placed my order?
We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately, we received fewer handsets from the manufacturer than expected. We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Where is my order?
Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.
How can I track my order?
We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.
If you ordered in store, the store will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect.
Can you tell me when I will receive my phone?
We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.
No delivery dates can be confirmed until they’re in the tracker, so remember to keep checking back for updates.
You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.
Why have I had no updates since placing my order?

Do any orders get priority, such as those ordered online?
No, we send out devices according to when we received the completed order, whether this was online, in store, or over the phone.
The delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.
Why do I get different information over the phone, in store and in the EE Community?
The information in the EE Community is the most up-to-date, and comes first-hand from our Samsung team, with whom we are in contact with and providing feedback.

I have received my phone, but I have no earphones or charger?
The Galaxy S21 series does not have earphones, or a charger plug in the box because Samsung wants to minimise the impact our products have on the environment.

How do I get my earbuds and Smart Tag that should have been included?
If you have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, S21 Ultra 5G or S21 5G, between 1st - 30th September 2021, you can claim a free pair of Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Smart Tag.
To claim your gift, visit the claim portal within 60 days of your purchase date and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

I haven't received a confirmation email I upgraded on the 25th but I haven't got an email. And when I asked an advisor they said the receipt would be the date the phone is dispatched which will clearly be after the 30th, So what proof do I have that I actually qualify for the promotion.

You can use the delivery note that is included in the box when you receive the phone.

When I ordered it said it would come next day. Ive had no track email, so cannot track it and looking on here, it wont be coming anytime soon. This is beyond a joke now. First, I get told as a Loyal customer, my upgrade fee was waived, but if I wanted any phoe or contract I would have to pay (Great offer btw!!!). Now, I order a phone eventually, only to find out it will arrive "sometime" but I have no way of tracking it and no way of knowing when it will come. Customer service are a waste, they say "in 7 days, but will be sooner" but its day 5 and I dont even have a tracking number yet. Been waiting months to upgrade to now face this unknown length of delay is not on.This offer is being posted all over SM but there is no mention anywhere of a delay in fulfilment, or that it could take weeks for your phone to arrive

Ordered on the 15th September.
No planned delivery date (awaiting confirmation), just back order confirmed, at least you have an expected delivery date.

Ordered a s21 ultra 128gb in phantom black on the 22nd.
I've just had a notification from dpd to say I can expect my delivery tomorrow. Which I really appreciate as it's my birthday 😂
I just wanted to say thanks to the very helpful people on this forum who have helped set my expectations. It has been very helpful to read and thought this post may help others possibly gage timeframes.

Hey all,
Thought I'd post a quick update.
Got a notification through my DPD app that my phone is due for delivery today, when I called a couple of days ago the advisor did say it will be within 7 days.
So, looks like there are more coming into EE, and hopefully everyone gets there's soon!
Really, it isn't EE's fault as I believe it is a specific chip that certain phones use that is also used for cars that was the issue, and that they are now ramping up production of these chips.

Hi all.
I ordered a S21 two weeks ago, never received an email or any kind of order confirmation. I waited because I knew of the wait time and backlog.
But today out of the blue I have a DPD card in my letter box!
I have never received any kind of communication to say it was on its way or out for delivery, so I missed it.
Absolutely poor show from EE.

I am sorry to hear you have missed your delivery.
Are you aware if we have the right contact details for DPD?
Did you receive a confirmation email when you placed your order? if not, please check your Junk and Spam folders.
Are you able to re-arrange delivery with DPD?
