Have you ordered a Galaxy S21 series, and have questions about your order?  Please read the below information. 

 

 

Why has my phone not been delivered in the timeframe shown when I placed my order?

 

We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately, we received fewer handsets from the manufacturer than expected. We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

 

Where is my order?

 

Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

 

How can I track my order?

 

We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.

 

If you ordered in store, the store will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect.

 

 

Can you tell me when I will receive my phone?

 

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

 

No delivery dates can be confirmed until they’re in the tracker, so remember to keep checking back for updates.

 

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way. 

 

 

Why have I had no updates since placing my order?

Do any orders get priority, such as those ordered online?

 

No, we send out devices according to when we received the completed order, whether this was online, in store, or over the phone.

 

The delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.

 

 

Why do I get different information over the phone, in store and in the EE Community?

 

The information in the EE Community is the most up-to-date, and comes first-hand from our Samsung team, with whom we are in contact with and providing feedback.

I have received my phone, but I have no earphones or charger?

 

The Galaxy S21 series does not have earphones, or a charger plug in the box because Samsung wants to minimise the impact our products have on the environment.

How do I get my earbuds and Smart Tag that should have been included?

 

If you have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, S21 Ultra 5G or S21 5G, between 1st - 30th September 2021, you can claim a free pair of Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Smart Tag.

 

To claim your gift, visit the claim portal within 60 days of your purchase date and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

Just like to express my disappointment at the customer journey thus far.

Ordered the S21 yesterday, no indication during the ordering process, nor the upfront payment process that the phone would go onto BackOrder.

This feels like a deliberate misrepresentation and deliberate setting of false expectations to ensure a sale [read: Lies].

Had I known about the stock shortages, I would have waited until a later date to place my order and not parted with cash this close to pay day.

This is extremely poor practice in my opinion, as a new customer taking out a new contract, it warrants re-evaluation of even being a customer of EE.

If I request a cancellation, since its impossible to get a delivery date, how soon would I receive a refund for the upfront charges, and the interest associated with that payment?

The team will let you know when this will be refunded and cancel this order for you.

Hi, 

I ordered an S21 (pink 256) on Sunday (26/9), the website said the phone was in stock when I ordered. Its only because I came onto the community after I hadn't heard anything since I had my confirmation email and the order tracker said it couldn't give me info that I found out there were issues with back orders - it would've been good to have this info at the time of ordering just as an fyi. The info above is a bit vague - is there a rough time frame when orders can be expected?

So applied for upgrade S21 Ultra, initial it stated delivery 24hrs, then get confirmation email, and hey presto nothing since, no more updates, 5 days have passed and I called Customer Services, got the "there is a shortage, but it should be with you in 7days from order".  It would be quicker to walk into a EE shop and get one... 

"Oh, DPD will message you when it will be delivered". As well they might if you trust Dumb Parcel Deliveries. 

If anyone has any idea how I can get my upgraded dog and bone quicker please do tell.... unless it involves sourcery or pagan rituals.... btw "what the meaning of life the universe and everything?"

@Dutchy264  As others have been waiting longer than you you’ll be waiting longer still.  Samsung have a issue with production.  

I've had the same experience lied to about date to expect the phone. No confirmation email and also you can't claim the promotion offer as you will be past the 30th September as samsung confirmed today to me. I will also be calling to cancel and get my money back. An upgrade should be a nice experience not a stressful affair caused by lies instead of honesty. 

you can claim the buds and tag if u order between september 1-30. Its written on the forum and the samsung website aswell.

@Smile28985 no, they won't give a rough estimate for the order, I've tried asking this too. I was the same when I ordered the website even said next day delivery so I ordered it to my place of work rather then home, which is annoying as now when I do get an update I'll have to go wait at work if I'm not already in.

What if you haven't received a confirmation email from ee? When I called up they said they can only provide a receipt once the order has been dispatched.
