Galaxy S20 can't be heard on call

My Galaxy S20, when on voice calls people can't hear me very well and its seems like the mic keeps dropping out.  It does the same when using a Bluetooth headset as well.  Makes voice call impossible.

Is this only happening in one specific location, or is it in all places?

Does your phone display good coverage when this happens?
