Leanne Can You Help? I did not want to start a new topic if not required
I have a new phone also and went to swap my sim but my old sim on myvery old phone is too big - so I used the online form to order another one as instructed - however I then got a text saying they could not do this for some reason and I should call 150 to sort it out!!
problem is that 150 does nothing on my phone, dials nothing and reaches nothing, never has 😞 not since I was transferred over from Orange years ago
so now I'm stuck 😞 and cannot seem to find a way to get EE to sort it out without dialing 150 😞
hope you might have an answer

If 150 does not work on your phone with your original SIM then I'm going to guess you maybe on an old T Mobile or Orange Plan, if this is the case then you will not be able to order a replacement SIM Card for these Networks.
You can however get the SIM cut down to fit the new phone.

thanks - will try to find the time - might have to cancel my recent purchase of a month by month while I wait though as there would be no point in having it without a new phone to use it on 😛

Alas I cannot do that as I already chopped it down to fit my old phone when I joined EE from Orange - my confirmation text from EE says that was 2019 - and my new phone uses a really small sized one and so the old sim cannot be cut down to this size.
looks like I'm gonna be stuck with my old phone for the time being and canceling my recent purchase of a month by month bundle in the interim 😞

I'd definitely recommend calling to speak to someone on the number Leanne posted. They should be able to help you get a new SIM.
