Galaxy Buds Plus

I recently added galaxy buds plus onto my plan and the right ear bud is barely playing any sound making it very difficult to listen, can I get a free repair or a replacement pair?

Hi @Jamalam96 

 

Try resetting the buds in your Samsung app. Also make sure the buds are clean and that the rubber earpiece is fitted tightly.,
