Full fibre broadband plan

Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone could help. I have recently moved and upgraded my plan to the full fibre max plan. The router is placed downstairs and there are no issues downstairs. Updates we’re lucky to get 18mbps, usually get disconnected and have to use 4G. How do we get WiFi discs or are there any other resolutions?

Have you looked at Smart WiFi in the shop?

 

Or give the Broadband Support team a call, they should be able to help.
