Upgrade

Hi I'm trying to upgrade early but every phone I go on it saying there are no suitable plans available right now.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I wish I was able to upgrade, I tried on Friday but the system wouldn’t let me @Leanne_T

Yes I did and the system wouldn’t allow the advisor to do the upgrade because it’s to early @Christopher_G

How far into your contract are you, @StephJG24?

It started on 1st April but its saying standard upgrade on 1st October @Christopher_G

You should be able to upgrade early, if you want to by calling 150, @StephJG24.

 

They'll got through price plans and early upgrade fees with you.
