Free Boost not added

Hi,

I am on the new payg packs where you get a free Boost of 500mb every 2 packs. I had 9 free data boosts. My pack renewed this morning and I was due another free data boost so I should now have 10 free boosts. The text said my free Boost was added this morning. When I looked I still only have nine free boosts which were from when I had the older data packs. Why has the new free Boost not been added?

Hi thanks for your reply it just says you will get another free Boost of 50mb when you buy 2 more packs. I was told in a text when my pack renewed this morning that my due free Boost was added to my pack but it isn't. I had 9 free boosts from one of the old packs but I should now have 10
