Flashing orange

Hello my Internet sign is flashing orange, no Internet at all. I've tried turning off on etc and nothing! Had it a few years it was working this morning turned off half way through a film couple hours ago. Please help!

Is this on fixed BB or mobile BB? Which is the router? Sounds like a fixed DSL router.
