Hi I have just gone to upgrade online to a sim only contract and when I’ve gone back to look at the offers after ordering it says add a additional sim and not upgrade after I clicked on the link to upgrade my phone contract have I just ordered and additional sim or upgrade my contract as it isn’t clear if I have order an additional sim is there a way of cancelling it as it wasn’t my intention to do so I intended to change my contract as it is ending on the 20th of September.

You have 14 days to cancel anything online, I would simply ring EE on 150 and they will be able to tell you your options or help with the cancel 🙂
