Gift with new phone

My new Oppo neo came with a Bluetooth speaker which you have to claim.. it says I need the sales receipt but it's on a contract & I didn't get any paperwork.  It was done in an ee store . What do I need?

Did you get a store receipt when you purchased the phone?

If the store did not give you any receipt, please give us a call on 150 our Mobile Care team will see what they can do to help you with the proof of purchase you need.

The receipt was supposed to be emailed because of covid. I have checked and haven't received anything.  150 said that stores are franchise so only they would have a copy.

Currently waiting for the store to follow up my query.
