Supporting Lonely and Isolated People

I wonder if you can help. We have a group that has been supporting people shielding from the pandemic or who are housebound
in our area. We have had over 30 volunteers and helped over 100 different people with 1000 jobs. All of this we have done with no funds 
and without having to raise money.
 
One of the main issues we have come across in the loneliness and isolation of a lot of people. To combat this we have organised to buy 
10" tablets setup with suitable software to allow the clients to have face to face contact with family, friends and the Support Group. We also 
plan to setup a community network to link people together, have virtual book clubs, virtual coffee morning and online local events which clients can join from home.
 
We have raised £5k so far and have negotiated very favourable deals on tablets and video phones. The issue we have is linking these to 
the internet, we are looking at Sim only deals for around 5-8Gb. These would be paid for by the monies raised by the group from grants.
We have seen deals for between £5-£8 but would like to obtain something for up to 100 tablets with a cost of £2/month or less.
 
If this is something you can help me with or there is another part of EE that can please let me know. This project is being closely monitored by Cornwall Council with a view to extending it over the whole county. It will be widely promoted and publicised acknowledging 
benefactors/
