Charity - Supporting Homeless during COVID

I/we wish to buy about 10 unlocked phones with prepaid (out of the box) sims for homeless people in our area (Central Bedfordshire) to enable them to contact their support workers  safely during COVID. So I'm trying to establish if EE might be able to help with an extra special offer or do I simply go find the best deal for cheap phones and sims on ebay/Amazon?

Can some one offer a contact within the company to discuss ? - Note we are supporting

Phones from EE will be locked to EE. Have you tried asking Carphone Warehouse?

Thanks, I hadn't but shall do as you suggest. 

But it would be nice to hear from a contact within the EE business as what they might have options for charities that are not what they would sell to the general public?
