All the routes to get help seem to request that I send a text with my landline number but I do not have a landline - how do I access help from EE?

Of course, with EE now selling "Fibre W/out Landline" the BB option on their PVR couldn't possible ask for any phone no. cuz some, myself included, wilt not have an EE landline no. nor any EE mobile no.
