All the routes to get help seem to request that I send a text with my landline number but I do not have a landline - how do I access help from EE?

Option 3 (BB) of the Freephone no. in my sig. never asks me for any phone no. I don't have a landline no. from EE.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi Leanne,
No - I tried that 0800 number and I get exactly the same automated message as before, asking for an 11-digit mobile number.
Getting frustrated now. I just need to contact someone to find out what is wrong with my broadband connection.
Steve.

This worked, and I received very helpful support from EE (once I got the right phone number!).
Thanks to those who replied and helped.

Do you have a EE mobile phone number on associated with the account??
If so dial this number 08000798586
I think its option 3 then your EE mobile number then it go's thru to an actual person. But I think its 8 am until 9pm
