Hi I came home tonight and my eye hub has gone red I’ve reset it but still going red can anyone help please

Check if you have a dial tone, if not report a line fault. Also which exchange area are you on?

Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
