Why are we being charged for a qr code that could be generated by logging into account, Ive got a new phone and because I use esim and ee doesn't have anyway to transfer the sim I now have to wait for one to come in the post and pay £1.50 for it . We should be able to log into our accounts and generate this online please get with the times as this is common practice in USA for esims

It doesn't matter what is common practise in the USA, We live in the UK and companies operate differently.
You could get a free one but that involves going to a store which currently are closed due to regulations.
