Getting an esim when I need a sim to call ee and no stores are open due to COVID

Hello,

I am relocating back to the UK and I need an esim for my iPhone.

I am currently visiting my husbands family in Ireland and I went to Northern Ireland to speak to someone but no store was open due to COVID. I cannot call ee as I do not have a sim that works and it will charge too much if I use the families phone.

How can I get an esim?

Thank you,

EE's "off-network" contact numbers are listed here

Calling an 0800 number is free from any UK phone, within the UK.

If you're calling from any UK-registered mobile anywhere within the EU, then +44 7953 966250 will be included in the allowance.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, they are charged for the 0800 numbers and do not have a UK registered phone number.
