I have recently got a 4GEE Home Router 2 with a 1m 100GB plan. I wanted to create an EE account to manage this plan. But when, on the third 'link' step of registration on My EE, I go to 'Add home broadband' and fill in my details on the next page, I am told 'Please enter a valid billing account number'. However, this is the account number that was quoted on my order confirmation and the letter I received about my direct debit and is the only account number I'm aware of.
Can anybody help me?

A 4GEE Home Router is not Home BB; it's a mobile. You need to add its mobile no. as a mobile device.
