I recently signed up to 4GEE, & found after a few days that a lot of online content was restricted. This wasn't something I asked for. When trying to visit a blocked site I was asked to enter my credit card details to unlock it, or call the number provided. As they already have my billing information, I was wary of giving it again, so searched, & the only number available was the one provided. I called in day one, they said the content would be unblocked. 24 hours later it wasn't, so I called the same number, apparently Customer Services, again. Got cut off after being on hold for 10 minutes, so rang back. They couldn't immediately fix the problem, so I was again put on hold. 30 minutes later it was sorted. The problem is I've just received notification saying I'm being charged £27 as its a premium number. This is disgusting! I have searched & contacted BT, who I arranged my contract with, but neither of us can find a different number. Is there a customer service number I can call that won't charge me the earth?

Hi @Spartaca
Welcome to the community.
Could I just clarify who your contract is with? Is it through EE or BT Mobile?
Also, what was the number that you rang?
I'll take a look into that.

EE publish an 0845 number for this, which could explain the high cost.

EE should really put the cost of calling an 0845 number on that page.
