Hiya my app hasn’t updated to show that I have a new iPhone 12 Pro Max contract, it’s still displaying my last iPhone 11. I have rebooted my phone a couple of times and rebooted the app from scratch and it’s still saying iPhone 11 at the top. Please can you update the app to show the correct phone and contract?

It will update automatically over about a week when you use the device.

Thanks for the reply but I got my new phone back in mid-July, surely it should be updated by now?
