Equipment delivery

Engineer due to visit tomorrow and my equipment isn't arriving until Friday. It states in my email that the engineer needs the equipment on site or he can't complete the installation. 

Something isn't right here, can my broadband be activated without my router etc being at my house. 

I'm not wait another two weeks for another appointment. It will cancel the order.

Can anyone advise me please

Sounds like you might need to speak to our Broadband care team. They may need to re-schedule the appointment.
