Hi my primary sim has been deactivated while I was waiting to be connected for a dual sim and now cannot make or receive phone calls.
is there a direct email/ chat service to report this.
move been disconnected for 2 days now waiting and feeling unsafe without the phone call facility.

Emergency chat service to get in touch with customer service
( I cannot currently phone from my mobile number and have not been able to for 2 days causing me great anxiety as I’m isolating and alone so can’t use anyone else’s phone).

They already have this.
It's called live chat but it isn't open 24 7 as the same with the call centres.
It'll pop up when you login when someone is available and they are open.
