I made an order yesterday and it said my item would be delivered within 24 hours and I have had an email stating they have received my order but not one to say it has all been processed. I have checked and they have taken the upfront cost so I assume the purchase has gone through?

Yeah I’ve tried it yesterday and today and it just says error and that the order number isn’t recognised

Sorted Thankyou, due to bank holidays the delivery will be Tuesday. This would be a useful statement to make on your website as it isn’t made clear to customers as it still states it will be 24 hours delivery
