Hi there. After much hassle, EE have now finally sorted out my upgrade order HOWEVER - they are sending my phone to an address that I haven't lived at for over 10 years, despite me updating this address several years ago and confirming it with one of the many people at EE that I've spoken to whilst sorting out the other mess. How do I change this address? As usual, no phone number available to talk to someone directly. I emailed Alex directly who has been great at helping me so far, but no reply yet and as it is Friday, I'm aware that this won't be resolved before delivery is attempted on Monday. Please help. I am exhausted and frustrated.

@EKMW You call customer services on 150 from your current device and just select upgrades as the option you want to speak with someone about your upgrade.
