Is it normal practise for EE to disable my old eSIM when I say I have a new phone and need to move it. They disabled the old one I assume and without telling me and the new one has to be sent by post (???, bizarre) and it’s taking longer than 48hrs to arrive. I have been without my phone line now for over 4 days.

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your SIM.
Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team? They'll be able to confirm which SIM is registered and organise a replacement, if needed.
