Hi @janeanne
What phone are you upgrading from and to?
Upgrade phones are often supplied with a replacement pop-out SIM incase, for whatever reason, your existing SIM won't fit or work.
You should only need to pop out either the micro or nano part of that SIM if necessary.

Hi

do you know if stores have these in store as i need my phone for work?

It looks like the LG K4 2017 takes a micro-SIM, the Alcatel U3 a nano-size.
Was this a pay-monthly upgrade through EE? Or have you just bought the new phone yourself?
As I mentioned in my previous post, EE pay-monthly upgrades are often supplied with replacement SIMs on an "incase they're needed" basis. If that doesn't apply, and you're not able to just cut your existing one down to size, you can order a replacement one here
