Hi,
I've had this problem on the EE website ever since I created my account. Whenever I try to access certain areas, such as My Shop, Add to Plan, or the Pay Monthly page, I get immediately logged out and the page doesn't connect. It says "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS."
I've tried clearing my cache and using different browsers and devices. Still same problem.
Anybody know a fix for this?

Hello
I have been having this same problem. I've cleared my cache and cookies, but the problem keeps persisting. I want to view invoices but am unable to do so because of this problem. How do I fix this?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you try and open your My EE account in a different web browser after you have cleared your cache and cookies.
If you have already tried this and get the same message, give our Tech Gurus a call on 150 they will help you get your account sorted 🙂

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, @Kingjobo1?
Does this happen on more than one of your devices?
