I am absolutely fuming! Checking through my bills I have been charged an extra £264 for a phone line I never signed up for, I do not own the device and obviously have never used it.
Is EE a huge scam? Surly it's illegal to be charging me for a contract I have NEVER signed. I have absolutely lost my faith in EE after being a loyal customer for many years.
Tried calling the phone lines at 8:30 when the recording states they close at 9. What is going on!!!

How long has this been happening?
Is this a landline, do you also have broadband?
I think the contact centres close a little earlier on public holidays.

This has happened to me I didn't need or want the extra line so what I thought was a £36 plan is now £81
Didn't know it happened until I got charged which was after the 14 days so I was told there is nothing I can do about it.

Hi @Mikey311
Thanks for posting.
Where did you take out the contract?
Did you request an upgrade and have had an additional contract added?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi leanne,
I done the contract on the my ee app.
But yes I clicked on upgrade and agreed to the £36 plan (which was disscounted)
No mention of an extra line whatsoever.
When I rang up they said because its after 14 days nothing could be done.
