EE WhatsApp number to call from abroad

I am abroad and need to contact EE Customer Service. Does EE has a WhatsApp number to contact them?

 

Also does EE customer service deal enquiries by a chatroom? I see EE website state their customer can contact them by a chatroom but it is closed. 

 

Does EE has an email address to contact them?

 

If I use 150 to contact EE from abroad, I will be charged a hefty amount. Any other way to contact EE customer service without being charged?

Details on calling EE from abroad are on this help page 

 

The international contact number is +44 7953 966250 which is free within the EU, but chargeable in all other countries.

 

A web calling app may be able to use +44 800 0798586. EE don't have an C/S email address, but pay-monthly customers can use live-chat when you're signed into myEE online.
