Hackers have taken over my phone number

Hackers have taken over my phone number....I cannot make nor receive calls. I have cancelled the direct debit....

@andy5060   Just because you can not make or receive calls it doesn’t mean your device/number has been hacked.   There could be a network issue in your area.   Cancellation of the DD could end up with you having a bad credit rating and the bill being passed on to a debt collection company and they’ll put there own costs on the bill also.    

Your contract and bill still have to be honoured each month.  
  
  Have at look at THIS to see if there is a network issue in your area,  use the check network tab,  

 

it could even be your sim if faulty and you need a new one.  

It could even be your phone that’s at fault.
