EE TV app crashing

I have used the app extensively on iPad but recently it has stopped replaying recordings and just crashes out of the app. I reported this to customer service weeks ago but have had no feedback and no fix. All our mobile and broadband services are EE, but I am now considering alternatives.

Could you try deleting and re-downloading the app please?

Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t solve the issue.

@Gerowa  And it will not do.  The app wasn’t made for iOS 11/12/13/14/ and it hasn’t been updated for 4 years.  it might of worked before iOS 14 but that was just dumb luck.
