I can never successfully make use of the EE app and continually get an error message before I can complete my actions. Also, the EE website regularly logs me out before I choose to leave.
My computer is an Acer Chromebook. My mobile phone is a Samsung A5.
Can someone advise, please?

What error message are you getting?
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on the computer?

I'm having exactly the same problem. Can't give me info on data left - same on website as well as app.

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading?
