  1. Is it a EE contract SIM or a PAYG SIM? Only contract SIMs get a discount on buying EE BB.
  2. When did you buy EE BB? Was it before or after getting the EE SIM? You only get the discount if you already have an EE mobile contract when buying EE BB.
  3. Did you supply the mobile no. of your mobile contract when buying EE BB.
