I want an EE SIM card for a reolink security camera.
Which SIM card do I need?

A Data SIM. You might need to put it in a phone 1st to receive an SMS. If it is a PAYG SIM you will need to keep it live by making a chargeable action within every 6 months.

Thank you for your reply,
I wanted to ring EE to confirm some details about using a data SIM card in a Reolink device and discuss prices and contracts but you can't get through to anybody unless you're already a customer.

I managed to call my local EE store. The sales advisor told us that EE do not do data SIMs as pay as you go and the cheapest on contact is £15 a month. Considering Vodafone do a data sim for security cameras at £5 a month, I can't justify going on a contract at £15 a month with EE. I'm having connection trouble with Vodafone so I'll have to look elsewhere. Thanks for your help at least.
