Huawei P40 Pro Issues

Pricey1387

Upgraded to the Huawei P40 Pro back in September.

6 months later and there are a number of issues which I was wondering if anyone else has come across.......

Screen has become unresponsive or a delayed response

AppGallery - The promises of more apps being added etc, it seems to have gone backwards. I can live without google specific apps, but even banking apps or every day use apps are poor

Camera - The camera is no where near as definitive and clear as what my old P20 Pro was/is. Photos are always dark, or out of focus.

Keyboard functionality is poor

I have even considered putting the sim card into my P20 pro as the quality of the P40 pro is so poor.

Has anyone else had any issues?

I feel like it is impossible to carry on with this phone for the next 18 months, the selling point was the device itself, the camera and how the appgallery will be constantly updated. Poor all round

@Pricey1387   The problem you face with new apps being added is the developers need to create the apps for the software of the huawei device.  That’s down to the developers if they want to or not.

as for the device issues you’ll be best of contacting the manufacturer about them

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
