Hello,

 

When I try and access my EE Perk account I get the message that my log in details are invalid and when I try and reset my password I have not receive an email with the instructions on how to reset it. I have checked in the spam folder and there is nothing there. Also when I try and re-register I get a message that an account with me details already exists

Sorry, you would need to wait the 24 hours and then reset your password if needed.

I have a EE perk account, i am trying to re-set my password but each time i try and re=set i get

Are you using the email address you registered for an EE Perk account to reset the password? 

 

How long ago did you last access the Perk account?

Accessed it back in February 2021.

yes correct email address and password criteria. 

Unable to re-register as it says the email is in use.

Im not sure you read my original message.

I have received the email to click to re set but when I put a new password
in it does not allow me to change it.

This is to my work email (which I am receiving the re set email to)

Could you try opening the link sent in another web browser and trying a different password?

Hello am trying to get my Perk codes but every time I try to log in it's telling me wrong password.l have tried to change the password but nothing is coming to my email. I have already started my upgrade and just need the codes in my account

Could I please check, when you signed up to Perk Portal, did you get a validation email with a link?
