Hi, I have registered for the EE Perk using my company email address. I can only get as far as the verification email page and although it says a verification email has been sent to my address it is not coming through. I have tried this repeatedly. I have checked my spam/junk folder and I have contacted our IT department but nothing has resolved this so far. Can you please help?

Is it possible for you to try registering with your personal email and uploading your work ID for proofs?

I've just tried registering with my personal address and uploading my ID card but it says I am already registered with those details!
