I have just joined EE today and my EE app is not working.
Just says:
There seems to be something wrong with the configuration of your device.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times.
Rebooted the phone.
No change.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @A_s_h09
Thanks for posting on the community.
Sorry, we aren't able to provide support for MIUI. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer of your device to see if they can help with the incompatibility issue.
In the meantime, you can still access My EE at id.ee.co.uk/login.
Leanne.

@Chris_B @It's a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro and I bought it off Amazon
It isn't rooted and I'm using my mobile data not WiFi.

Unfortunately, my EE app is not supported. I am using same device.
I login using Chrome and I leave that tab open.. kinda app feeling 😄

I keep getting logged out though. Any way around this?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Which device are you using?
Can you access your My EE account online?
Leanne.

This workaround from a fellow EE community member worked for me:

@jcn190671 there is an older version of the EE app which works on MI and that's what I currently use, and excluded it from updating via Google Play Store.
You can download it here.
(It's version 4.42 which is the latest version that still had worked for MI devices)
