..... ..was checking on my upgrade ... Was told yes all was fine with my upgrade to s20 ultra and would be with  me in 7 working days !!!!! I pointed out handset not realised till 13th he agreed but said I would be getting mine quicker lol... . So now I am pretty sure live chat is waste of time..... In past has been brilliant

Pre orders are normally delivered before the release date as that’s one of the benefits or pre ordering (subject to stock) I've ordered mine via Samsung and hope to receive it early.

 

Don’t forget to order your free buds+ via the Samsung app on the phone when you receive your device.
