Normally you would not need an engineer unless you were upgrading from FTTC to FTTP. What EE fibre products are you moving between?

Is Fibre Max 100 being delivered as G.Fast or FTTP? Is a FTTP ONT being installed at your home? If so an eng will be needed.

Well fibre max can be delivered in two ways, either by FTTC or FTTP. If via FTTP an engineer will be needed.

Get back and let us know what happens,

@An31  If you were to enter your phone number into the BTW DSL Checker it would show if G Fast or FTTP were available and would know what the engineer would be doing.

@XRaySpeX   You should have corrected my post as well as I stated (incorrectly) FTTC as well.😂

On a slight technacality though. How is G.Fast delivered to the cabinet? Is that not by FTTC?🤣
