app not working

i need to top up my data today but unable to as my ee app has said for the last few days that it’s improving the app. i need to go onto my account and get data but unable to i’m not very happy

@chloephillips3 Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. 

 

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what it offers you.
