I've just had the email that you are now cashing in on the cost of living crisis by smashing a massive 14.4 % increase on my bill.
Its absolutely disgusting, at a time when people are struggling to eat and heat their homes you decide to hit us with that ridiculous increase, not just a few % you up it by 14.4%
Its sick and I'll never be using EE again when this contract ends, I'll also be going out of my way to warn other people from using you, there's absolutely no justification in a hike like that, its pure greed and you should be ashamed.
You're a disgrace!

Its crucial the CEO gets his hideous bonus and the customers simply dont matter, lets just be honest here, everyone knows, thats why they are on here venting their frustration.
Its pure greed

@Mld2072 You got a price increase last year and then year before so what makes you think you’ll not get it this year when it’s a yearly price increase as per the T&Cs of that contract.

What makes me think I wouldn't get an increase this year? The fact that when they sold me the contract they specifically told me that from now on my bill would be £23 per month, that's what. It's called misleading people. They gave me a specific figure. And that is the point you all seem to be missing. Misleading people to get a sale is shabby.

They gave me a specific price which they worked out themselves and told me my bill would remain the same price each month. I was given a fixed figure. Now do you see the problem?

Totally agree , I have been with EE for years and years (prev orange etc ) and have 2 contracts that are due for renewal this month but I will be going elsewhere . My monthly bill is already extortionate but now being increased by £12 a month . No thanks EE your greed has lost yourselves another customer .

Agreed. I pay £350 a month as I have 5 lines with EE for numerous devices, a 14% increase means over a £50 increase as of the end of March. So that £350 bill which is already expensive enough, is now £400. When the existing contracts end i'll be walking elsewhere too.

@Mld2072 How did you take out this contract? In store over the phone or online ?
24-02-2023 05:44 PM
Our price changes will be going ahead from 31stMarch. We’ve been upfront about our price changes when customers agreed to their contract, so customers always know where they stand. We are contacting customers directly about how the changes will affect them.
As usage across our networks continues to increase, and with our customers relying on us for connectivity more than ever before, it’s crucial that we continue to invest in our networks, services and the latest technology.

Chris, you’re taking the **bleep** out of us! YOU should be improving your service and infrastructure at a cost to yourselves in order to keep customers happy.
What you basically said is you want to improve things and you want to crank the prices up so we pay for it and you keep making record profits year on year.
if you want to invest and improve , wouldn’t you expect to maybe not make 20 million profit for a couple of years? There’s nothing you can say that justifies the disgusting greedy robbery, so you need to stop with the horse **bleep**
