Disgraceful customer service

The level of customer service I have received from EE since placing an order on the 17th of September has left a bad taste in my mouth and will lead to me looking to take my custom elsewhere I have been lied to by multiple advisors on multiple occasions.

Is this about an Apple Watch? I've had good experience with EE in general but I have absolutely no idea what they're thinking with their Apple Watch orders strategy and communication - it's bizarre and awful... contradictory statements all over the place, vagueness, bad info on the site, when you do finally get something concrete lo and behold it turns out not to be true.

Yes it is about a watch they sent the wrong one and promised the right one to be delivered the next day then told it would be Monday again no watch then told by the end of the week again no watch. Was told on Saturday that it would be here tomorrow no tracking number has appeared just been told that it had not even been ordered by one advisor and was offered an SE as an alternative

I'm sorry to hear you received the wrong watch. 

 

Apple Watch Series 6 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.
 
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

 

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, don't hesitate to get in touch with Customer Care.

Hi James thanks for the reply but I think you missed the point of my post EE sent the wrong watch in the first place promised to correct that error and then failed time and time again after that.

I understand your frustration. Our Customer Care Team would have advised you on the most up to date estimated delivery timescales and I'm sorry this wasn't met.
