Why is it so bloody difficult to find a way of getting actual help? I've just signed up with EE and was offered a speed of 70 odd mps. For 3 nights running I'm down to less than 2.
The help page just leads to endless nothingness and diversion to help.
Seems like I'll have no option than to go back to BT
