Is this the EE Perk discount? 

If so, have you tried to register for a new account or access a previously registered perk account?

I was told when upgrading I would qualify as I’m employed by my local council as a class teacher at a primary school. I went ahead with the upgrade, sent my I.D badge to EE perks and was rejected. I’ve since cancelled the upgrade within the 14 day window.

You would need to check that your employer is signed up to ‘EE Perk’ scheme. Your Benefits or HR team will be able to confirm this and let you know how to sign up if this is available.

Where can we find out how schools register so that their teaching staff can access the teacher discount? Also, does the school need to pay to join (for their staff to access the discount)?

Those teams should have avenues they can go down for this.

Thank you for your reply. However, you have not answered my question. I have already spoken to HR, they are not aware of the ee perks offer. They are overworked, busy people and I am not prepared to ask them to spend as much time as I have trying to get the answer to what is after all a relatively simple question “How does a school/business join this scheme? and Does it cost money to join?”.

Fair enough. But if I can’t tell the HR staff how to find out about the offer then we won’t be able to access it, so I guess I will speak to other providers. Shame as I have been with ee for several years, would have told others at work about the offer and recommended it; and the staff in your shop were so helpful today.

@Christopher_B  @Lovemifamilia what’s your know who to contact within EE so this can be setup for the employees at the school.   Who do the HR contact at EE to sort this.    There is nothing online about how to do this it’s all about how to setup/claim a discount.
